Returns and replacements
Ordering is not open yet. This is the policy that will apply from launch in September 2026.
What we replace
- Damaged in transit — cracked vials, breached stoppers, or packaging failure.
- Incorrect item — anything that does not match what you ordered.
- Short shipment — missing vials against the packing list.
- Material outside its stated specification — if independent analysis you commission shows a batch fell short of the release specification on its Certificate of Analysis, we want to see it, and we replace or refund.
Report any of the above within 7 days of delivery, with photographs where there is visible damage and the batch number from the vial label. Contact hello@testedpeptides.com.au.
What we cannot accept back
Opened vials cannot be returned or resold. This is a chain-of-custody position rather than a commercial one: once a stopper has been pierced or a seal broken, we can no longer establish what is in the vial, how it was stored, or whether it is still the material described by its certificate. Reselling material we cannot vouch for would undo the entire point of testing it in the first place.
Unopened vials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery where the outer seal is intact and the material has been stored appropriately. Return shipping is the customer's unless the return arises from our error.
Change of mind
Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund for change of mind, and for temperature-sensitive research chemicals we do not offer one on opened stock. Your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for their stated purpose are unaffected by anything on this page.
Certificates of Analysis
Every batch ships with its certificate, and the batch number on the document matches the vial label. If those two do not match, treat it as a fault and contact us — a certificate that cannot be tied to the vial is not evidence about your material. How to read a Certificate of Analysis explains what each field should contain.
Launching September 2026
Ordering opens once current batches return from independent third-party purity verification. Nothing is released before that analysis is in hand.
One email at launch. Nothing else.
